Neck Care Massager

I bought it after reading the reviews, but it's not very cool. The shoulders are fine, but the neck area barely feels any pressure, so I returned it.

I feel like I lost my money, I used it 4 times and the engine started to make noise, additionally a brush stopped working. When I asked about the warranty, they told me that the refund period had already passed, so nothing could be done. Unfortunately, I didn't consider using it daily to validate its functionality, but only used it once a week. Really disappointed. I do not recommend it, the size of the neck is quite small and although it indicates that you can use it on other parts of the body, the size of the head does not allow you to perform those actions.

Looks good, works great, but it's not really possible to know what its power is, it doesn't say 26 watts anywhere...........................................
